Terms of use

From Production is operated by PROCUX Teknoloji A.S., Balikesir, Turkiye ("we", "us"). By using the site or publishing on it you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the site is

Two things. Companies publish engineering writing on a verified hub, and we collect public RSS feeds from engineering blogs so the writing can be found in one place. For collected posts we store a title, a date and a short excerpt, and we link to the source. We do not store the body of a post we did not publish.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub or Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it. Tell us if you think someone else has it.

Hubs and verification

A hub is tied to a domain, and the domain is proven with a DNS TXT record. Claiming a domain you do not control is a breach of these terms. An unverified claim does not reserve a domain indefinitely; if verification does not happen we release the domain so its real owner can use it.

What gets a hub rejected

These conditions are the same ones published on our pricing page:

• A hub cannot be the marketing channel for a product whose posts are written to sell it.
• One engineering publication, one hub. Separate brands with genuinely separate engineering teams are fine; the same publication or the same company identity duplicated across hubs is not.
• Posts have to be technical: what you built, what broke, what you measured.
• We reserve the right to decline an application without giving a reason.

The same conditions apply after a hub is open, not only when it is created. A hub that stops meeting them can be closed.

Writing published with AI

AI can help you write. It cannot write instead of you. We decline posts that read as generated, and we would rather publish less. This is an editorial judgement and we do not owe an appeal process for it.

Who owns what

You keep the copyright to everything you publish here. By publishing you give us a non-exclusive licence to host it, show it on the site, include it in feeds and search results, and generate a preview image for it. You can ask us to remove your posts at any time; seecontact.

Collected posts belong to whoever wrote them. If a post of yours is on this site and you want it gone, write from an address on the domain and we remove the feed and every entry from it.

What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, or that ranking, search or collection will be free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Ending it

You can stop using the site whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close an account or a hub that breaches these terms. Paid launch slots are covered by therefund policy.

Changes

If we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Law

Turkish law applies, and the courts of Balikesir, Turkiye have jurisdiction. This does not take away consumer rights you have where you live.
