Refunds

This policy covers the one-time launch slots on ourpricing page. A verified hub is free and has nothing to refund.

Launch slots are not open for purchase yet. This policy applies from the day checkout opens.

The slots

• Standard — $29, front page for 24 hours.
• Featured — $99, front page for 7 days.
• Launch week — $199, front page for 7 days.

The rule

Before your slot runs, a full refund, no reason needed. Ask any time up to the moment placement starts and you get all of it back.

Once the slot has run, there is no refund. What you bought was placement for a window of time; when the window has been served, it has been delivered and cannot be returned.

If a slot is part-way through — say two days into a launch week — we refund the part that has not run yet, pro rata by day.

When we cancel

If we decline your launch after you have paid, or we cannot deliver the placement you bought because of a fault on our side, you get all of it back regardless of timing. If a launch is declined under the conditions on the terms page, that is a full refund too — we would rather return the money than run a launch that does not belong here.

How to ask

Write to contact from the address that made the purchase, or use Paddle's own refund flow linked from your receipt. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases on this site, so the receipt, the invoice and any tax on it come from Paddle, and a refund goes back through the same route to the card you paid with. We answer refund requests within two business days.

Statutory rights

Consumer rights where you live come on top of this policy and are not reduced by it.
