AI and crawler policy
Collected writing
We do not store the body of collected articles. We keep source-provided metadata, a bounded excerpt, publication date, topics, and the canonical source URL so readers leave From Production for the original.
Writing published here
AI may help an author edit or organize their work, but it cannot replace the firsthand engineering judgment, measurements, failures, and tradeoffs required by our editorial floor. A human owner makes the final call.
Crawler access
robots.txt is the authoritative access policy.llms.txt describes the product and inventories, whilellms-full.txt exposes at most 100 recent metadata records. Neither file grants rights beyond the public crawler policy and applicable law.
Corrections and removal
Publishers can request correction or removal through the address on our contact page. Removing a collected source also removes its stored metadata from our public surfaces.
